International Shipping
We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Import Fees, Delivery & Shipping Responsibility

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or unexpected charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We kindly ask you to ensure your shipping details are correct and that packages are collected on time. If a package needs to be resent, additional shipping costs may apply.

While we always aim for a smooth delivery experience, please understand that once an order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Payment
We offer secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through protected and trusted payment providers.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original hangtags must still be attached.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Return requests must be submitted via the  contact page on our website. Please include your order number when submitting a return request

  • Returns are at the customer's own cost, including purchasing a shipping label.

  • After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Note: Items that are worn, damaged, or missing hangtags may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
