You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original hangtags must still be attached.

• Include all original packaging and accessories.

• Return requests must be submitted via the  contact page on our website.

• Returns are at the customer's own cost, including purchasing a shipping label.

• After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Items that are worn, damaged, or missing hangtags may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new order for the desired item.
